Our head office and main facilities are located in Parksville, encompassing a wide service area extending from Ladysmith in the south, including the cities of Nanaimo, Courtenay and Comox to as far north as Black Creek. .
Our satellite office in Port Alberni extends our service area to the West Coast of Vancouver Island including Tofino and Ucluelet.
Our state-of-the-art main facility was specifically designed for contents restoration. We feel our shop is the best in our service area and includes:

Our firm offers over 10,000 square feet of contents restoration and storage facilities between our offices. We have one of the largest inventories of drying equipment in the mid island area.
Our fully equipped millwork shop provides our customers a higher rate of completed repairs as we have the ability to restore and/or re-build cabinets, vanities and custom millwork.
